CONDENSATION CONTROL SYSTEM:   PREVENTS CHILLED BEAM CONDENSATION, CHILLED CEILING CONDENSATION & RADIANT PANEL CONDENSATION & "RAIN"OR CONTROLS LIQUID COOLED OR WATER COOLED HEAT EXCHANGER CONDENSATION
PERFECT CONDENSATION CONTROL
FOR CHILLED BEAM, CHILLED CEILING OR RADIANT PANEL HVAC SYSTEMS
GET THE MAXIMUM COOLING EFFECTIVENESS FROM YOUR CHILLED WATER COOLING SYSTEM AND POSITIVELY AVOID CONDENSATION "RAIN" WITH A  CONSENSOR  BASED CONTROL SYSTEM
The CONSENSOR is a patented unique, well proven condensation sensor that instantly reacts to the actual initial onset of the condensation process.  This response occurs before there is any perceptible trace of condensate ... before there is any risk of "rain".    Other so-called "condensation sensors" are predicated on dew point or humidity.  They must signal a condensation condition well before it actually occurs to compensate for the instrumentation error or that "Margin of Safety" inherent with those other sensors.  There are no such errors inherent with the CONSENSOR ... it reacts only to condensation's actual onset ... instantly !!

This distinction is important if you want to avoid an unnecessary reduction of coolant flow to your heat exchangers - often at a time when you need the cooling capacity most.  With other so-called condensation sensors, the condensation condition will be signaled well before it actually occurs - often when it might never have occurred at all.  This premature indication is the only way other sensors can be certain that condensation rain or drip won't happen.

With a CONSENSOR based condensation control system, the coolant flow can continue at maximum capacity right to the brink of the condensation occurrence. This is still early enough to cut back or stop the coolant flow before enough condensate forms to be of any concern.  This has been proven in many chilled beam HVAC installations, in water cooled power supplies, in large industrial welders, etc. ..... even in nuclear atomic accelerators.  The instant the threat of condensation passes, the CONSENSOR restores coolant flow.

Model CG- ICM Series
Integrates a Model CG CONSENSOR
with an Model ICM Circuit Module

Model CG -ICM (-P)   Provides fully isolated  Normally Closed solid state contacts for systems with  -- or without, a Controller.
It can also be used in systems where valves, etc. are controlled directly by thermostats / relays, etc.
Note: Normally Open contacts are also available on special order,          but these lack an inherent element of "fail safe" operation.
ALL CG -ICM SERIES INCLUDE A Bi-COLOR LED TO      INDICATE:  POWER,  CONDENSATION,  SENSOR FAULT
USE THE CONSENSOR CONDENSATION SENSOR TO CONTROL CHILLED BEAM CONDENSATION
CHILLED CEILING CONDENSATION
RADIANT PANEL CONDENSATION
OR OTHER CHILLED WATER COOLING SYSTEM CONDENSATION
We are very applications oriented and always eager to discuss yours.   CONTACT US to send an E-mail or telephone (207) 733 2525   USA
FIRST EVER TO BE BASED ON A TRUE CONDENSATION SENSOR
A really unique feature of this Series is a "Sensor Fault" indication.
If a problem would ever occur, you know it - and the unit can almost always be restored to service.
Add "-P" to Model CG- ICM
For mounting on pipes (1/2" to 3")
FOR MOUNTING ON FLAT SURFACES
